Kady Skinner

Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life. Growing up, I competed in soccer and cross country through grade school and high school. While earning my degree in college at Texas A&M, I taught step aerobics and HIIT classes—and what started as a side job quickly became a passion.

 

After graduating, I took a personal training position to fill time, but it turned into my true calling. Since 2010, I have been coaching group classes and training clients of all ages and backgrounds. Whether its helping young kids learn to move, guiding teens in building healthy habits, or supporting older adults in staying active and strong, I thrive on meeting people where they are and helping them grow.

As a proud Bastropian, I'm excited to bring my experience and energy to the community I call home.
